Our Approach
At Prosper, we work with women who are often just surviving by running small, informal businesses. Many have never had access to education or financial services, yet they are the main providers for their families. We address this reality by offering practical, empowering pathways that help women move from survival to sustainable livelihoods
We deliver that pathway through two core pillars, designed specifically for women who cannot read or write and whose income is small and irregular

Business Skills Training
Our innovative, image-based business training is designed for women with limited educational backgrounds, removing barriers so that even those who have never attended school can engage over three months. Participants learn to:

Apply money management strategies suited to low and unpredictable incomes
This training is practical, culturally grounded, and delivered by local charities whose facilitators know the realities of daily life in these communities.

Our savings banks offer women a safe, supportive space to save together and build financial resilience. Members can:
